SEN Teaching Assistant -- The Role:
SEN Teaching Assistant
Located in Lincoln (LN1)
Based inside of KS2 department
Providing 1:1 & small group support to KS2 children with ASD
Creating engaging and inspiring support sessions
Working around Education Health Care Plan
Being proactive and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant -- Applicant Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 Education Studies or Psychology based university degree
Strong academic background
Prior experience working with young children
Naturally warm and supportive personality
Brilliant organisation & communication skills
Outgoing and proactive during the school day
Able to keep pupils focused and engaged
Patient regarding pupils progress
