Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a Retail Security Officer to join the team, working at a shopping centre site in Basingstoke.

Where: Basingstoke, RG21 area.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Salary: £12.58 per hour.

Hours: On average 40 hours per week, 4 On 4 Off 07.00 - 19.00 / 4 On 4 Off 08.00 - 19.00.

About the role:

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site
• Liaise with client to fulfil security requirements on site
• Complete various security documentation
• Liaise with supervisor / manager effectively and efficiently
• Protect the image of high profile client and Kingdom
• Supervise and control site access
• Conduct regular site patrols.
• Where appropriate and trained act as incident first responder

About you:

• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential / Physically fit
• A valid SIA DS licence or be in the process of applying for one
• A full five-year checkable employment history
• Own transport is preferred
