We’re currently looking for a personable Sales Advisor to join our driven sales team. Someone who’ll promote sales of all Richmond products and services to meet achievable targets - always leaving a positive and professional impression on our future residents and their families.
What you’ll be doing

Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings

Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager

Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups

Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function

Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village

Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets

Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports

Above all, you’ll show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives at all times.
Who we’re looking for
A determined individual with previous sales experience in a customer facing environment - you’ll be comfortable working to targets and delivering sales figures. Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial if you have experience of the retirement sector. Courteous with a meticulous attention to detail, you’ll listen to and build rapport with our customers - quickly identifying their needs and matching this to our products. A confident influencer and negotiator – with great customer care skills, you’ll have no problem leaving a positive impression on our current and future residents and their relatives.
