Resource Planner and Analyst


Yolk Recruitment are excited to be working closely with one of the UKs leading insurance companies to find a friendly and driven Call Centre Analyst to join their team.

What you'll be doing?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resource Planner and Analyst to join a supportive and growing insurance company based in the centre of Cardiff. You will work within a small but busy and energetic team to provide operational support to the resource manager through various different administrative duties. You will also:

  • Attend regular meetings with various team managers to stay up to date on performance and ensure focus on area's of SLA
  • Provide every day performance reports with analysis of impacts and actions from these
  • Optimise contact centre resources to meet service level targets, including blending or moving staff across skillsets
  • Use software tools to manage staff and handle incoming contacts
  • Assist in the scheduling of meetings, coaching and training of staff, minimising disruption of the floor
  • Create reports on performance and identify opportunities and area's for improvement
  • Support team leaders in staff and resource management, prioritising when necessary
  • Set up personnel on systems, alongside authorise annual leave and record absences and other off-line activities through the tools and software provided

What you'll bring to the team?

As a bright Resource Planner and Analyst, you will have experience working within a Contact Centre Environment and will be a naturally organised person. You will also have:

  • Fantastic planning or resource management skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with people on all levels
  • A keen eye for detail and able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • The ability to handle pressure well, and able to problem solve quickly
  • Excellent IT skills, including various analysis software and systems
