MEP Quantity Surveyor

MEP Quantity Surveyor required to join a market-leading mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and mechanical, electrical and instrumentation (ME&I) solutions provider with over 100 years of engineering expertise.

MEP Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• You will need to ensure commercial & contractual control and coordination of the efforts of all parties involved in the execution of this project is achieved.
• Teamwork is imperative and clear communication whilst being able to organise your own workload ultimately
• manage any costs associated with the project, while safeguarding the position of the client in any cost-related discussions
• Cost planning
• Supporting the Commerical Manager
• MEP Procurement and manage MEP packages

MEP Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Full understanding of various risks with forms of contracts.
• M&E, Building Services experience
• Technical skills
• Clear and precise communication
• Negotiation skills
• CSCS Card
