Fawkes and Reece are currently working with an office fit out and refurb main contractor on the search for a Quantity Surveyor to work on 3 new projects in central London.

The business work on CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects and commercial cut and carve projects ranging up to £20m. With clients including LinkedIn, Royal mail building and Coca Cola.

They have been established over 11 years and have experienced management team who can enable you to progress your career, running successful projects that lead to a lucrative bonus scheme.

Projects are fast moving so the ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple projects from tender through to final accounts. Ideally have experience with CAT A and B fit out.

Your initial role will be to work on a £4m, £600k and £1.5m project all in central London. You will have the assistance of an experienced commercial director when needed and will support at Assistant QS.

The business have a friendly and sociable culture, a flat management structure and allow autonomy to their staff. You will be working between office and sites in Central London and opportunity to work from home.

In return they can offer up to £75,000 + travel paid and per project related bonus structure , pension and other benefits including flexible working.
