We currently have an exciting opening for an Account Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team based in Newark.
We are currently recruiting for the right candidate to provide support to our client’s customer base. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure all customer queries are always resolved in line with contract compliance and always provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
– Manage all administrative duties including accurately inputting customer data to ensure the system is up to date and timely completion of reports alongside any general office duties that are required.
– Maintain a high standard of service delivery and contract compliance and ensuring all issues/queries are resolved including acting as a first point of escalation for any complex customer issues.
– Calculate and produce quotations.
– Utilise the Company software and log customer activity accordingly.
– Assist in the preparation for and attend customer site visits and meetings as required.
– To attend regular meetings with the Operations and Team Management to discuss issues, achievements, and best practice across the department.
– To undertake any other duties which the Company deems reasonable and that you are capable of conducting.
The right candidate will have a strong and confident personality with excellent communication skills (accurate, articulate, and professional written and verbal communications). You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and management your time and workload efficiently. You must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines. You will also have extensive experience of working with Microsoft office package and working within a customer facing role.
