Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for delivering a professional, proactive and customer focused service to Space Park Users, both internal and external to the University. You will be responsible for reception activities such as visitor access and parking, whilst ensuring areas are clean tidy and ready for use. This is a great opportunity to work with our brand new facility, ensuring it’s maintained to the highest standards.
Based on the current team, we anticipate that this position will be expected to follow the below shift pattern:
Monday, Tuesday - Midday until 17:00
Wednesday - 8:00 to 13:00
With experience in a similar or relevant post, you will be motivated by providing the very best service to our customers. Excellent communications skills are key, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing great customer service.
