Job Description


We are currently expanding our team and are seeking 2 Weekend On Call Supervisors to provide an effective and efficient weekend on call service to our clients, Care Professionals and the general public.


Job Description


The role involves:


  • Answering all incoming calls/texts and responding accordingly


  • Reallocating/covering calls for sickness/emergencies and informing clients of changes


  • Completing all relevant paperwork for handover


  • Covering care in an emergency or where there is no other member of staff available


  • Accessing and using our systems for relevant training, calls and communication needs.


This role is part time and can either be working alternate weekends, from 7.00 am Saturday to 8.00pm Sunday or working a shift on these days eg 7.00 am to 1.00pm, 1.00pm to 8.00pm.


This role involves working remotely from home.


Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication


  • A willingness to learn our IT systems is essential


  • A care background is not essential as training will be given.
