You will undertake training for the first 6 weeks in all aspects of working as a
Disability
Assessor. After this, you will, from the comfort of your own home, conduct clinical assessments for claimants who are making a claim for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
Recognised by the governing councils so able to maintain your
NMC/HCPC pin from the comfort of your own home!

What is the role?
- Conducting remote assessments.
- Observing and reporting on an individual’s ability to carry out activities.
- Analysing and interpreting clinical information and supporting evidence.
- Typing up reports.
What do I need?
- Post-qualification 12 months experience in one of the following: Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or OT.
- Have an active registration with NMC/HCPC with no restrictions on the practice.
- No previous Disability Assessor experience is required as training is provided.
