My client is a public sector and government agency.

Job Description

The successful .NET Software Engineer will:

  • Perform triage of support cases
  • Resolve B2C support cases where applicable in line while abiding by specific governance and policies.
  • Escalate support cases to our third-party B2C support provider where applicable.
  • Assign support cases to other internal support stakeholders within the agency where applicable.
  • Provide pro-active B2C support to identify future enhancements and upgrades of the service and input into the agency roadmap for the SSO service.
  • Providing knowledge transfer to permanent members of the agency.
  • Writing relevant support documentation.

The Successful Applicant

The successful .NET Software Engineer will have:

  • Direct experience of deploying Azure cloud services in support of B2C and using B2C in websites and API"
  • Azure B2C
  • .Net
  • Active Security Clearance
