KME are an internal MEP self-delivery business within the Kier group, supporting the internal regional businesses across the UK and the Strategic Projects business on complex and challenging projects that range from £5m to £80m. The business has a full design, construct and commissioning capability. Kier Mechanical & Electrical are looking to recruit an MEP BIM Information Manager to join their Pre-Construction team in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities
This role will focus on supporting the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry/Kier standards and meeting client requirements. Within the role, you will report progress and highlight any risk to the business unit/project to ensure support is given to achieve accelerated adoption of digital construction techniques.

For this role, we’re looking for an individual who is experienced with BIM within the construction industry and who is a Sophisticated and collaborative influencer with the ability to navigate a complex client, supply chain and external stakeholder landscape.
