3rd Line Technician (Azure Windows ITIL Scripting) *Epsom* to £45k
Independent building society that specialises in savings and mortgages is seeking a talented 3rd Line Technician to join their friendly and supportive team.

Your Role:
As a 3rd Line Technician, you will provide expert support to end users, resolving complex incidents and processes related to IT and security. You will be handling incoming requests via telephone, email, and the ticketing system, whilst also assisting 1 st and 2 nd line engineers in escalated incidents. Some of your other key tasks will involve administering and maintaining the corporate estate including workstations, O365, SaaS applications, and Azure, project-based work, security patching, and mentoring.
Office:
For this role you will be required in the office 5 days a week. There is parking a 10-minute walk away.
Requirements:
You have experience working in a service desk environment in a 3 rd line support function
You have experience with desktop and server operating systems, Windows, O365
You have scripting experience using Bash or PowerShell
You have system administration and networking experience
You have experience in an ITIL driven environment
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
