Job Description


Working hours are 9am-5:15pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Working hours on Wednesdays are 9am-5:30pm.

The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lean and 5S site initiatives.
  • Support commercial team.
  • Support the resolution of quality issues.
  • Write and review of exceptions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and quality risk assessments.
  • CAPA.
  • Change controls.
  • Support client audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements.
  • ISO 14001

Qualifications
  • Degree in life sciences is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a GMP-regulated environment and within a Project Management role.
  • Excellent understanding of GMP.
  • Excellent knowledge of and motivation for Lean and 5S.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills, good judgement, and the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent report writing and organisational skills.
  • Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
  • Positive, methodical, tenacious, and innovative approach to work.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and competencies within Chemistry.
  • Passionate about quality and customer service.
  • Excellent training abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
