Job Description

• Running all Non-Coded Requisitions daily to ensure smooth order placement.
• Managing the open PO report & Non-Acknowledged orders to the agreed format, including expediting etc
• Proactively expediting materials.
• Responsible for the spares shortage report & Factored Spare PO Placement, including set up of new codes.
• Attend MOD meeting and ensuring Mod's are fully populated on Syspro with correct actions taken, drawing revision control, and issued to the supplier.
• Placement of PO's from MRP through to conclusion.
• Resolve invoice queries for price & quantity in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

• IT Proficient (including MS suite especially Excel & Syspro or equivalent)
• Experience of working in a procurement environment
• ERP knowledge.
• Results orientated
• Good communicator
• Customer focused
• Self-driven and motivated
• Ability to work under pressure and work well within a team.
