JCM Fine Joinery provides commercial customers with high-quality custom joinery and washroom solutions, manufacturing for offices, shops, hotels, schools, leisure venues, warehouses and factories. We also work for clients seeking bespoke timber products at quantity.
Our timber products are designed and constructed by our skilled master craftsmen, who have many years of experience.
We’re based in Oldbury, in the Black Country, the historic heart of the Midlands manufacturing base, and work across the UK and Ireland. We typically work with commercial building contractors, retail shopfitters, bespoke furniture manufacturers, and commercial property developers.
Job description
Are you good with your hands?
As one of our team of joiners you will be a part of a team that prides itself on its quality and artisanship. You will be a key member of the workshop team and will be involved in every step of our production process including material delivery and handling, production, quality control and workshop husbandry.
Our joiners undertake a variety of tasks from traditional joinery including architectural products, doors, windows, custom furniture, cabinets and counters to building commercial washroom solutions in a workshop environment. Various woodworking machines are used in our production process including table saw, CNC, edgebander,planers, spindle moulder, mortise and tenon, belt sanders and various hand tools.
Having completed a formal joinery or carpentry apprenticeship you will have secured employment in a joinery manufacturing environment and have gained over 10 years of experience. Personally, you will be punctual and reliable and take pride in your work with an exceptional eye for detail.
