Superior Healthcare is urgently seeking experienced Health Care Assistants who are keen to choose their own work schedule, to join our team!
When working as a Health Care Assistant for Superior Healthcare, you will have the choice of working in more than 100 care settings including nursing and residential care homes as well as the option of working in supported living houses and learning disability placements in Cantebury and within a short distance of your home.
As a member of our team, you will be in a position to select from a vast number of early, late and long day shifts as well as waking and sleeping nights (enhanced rates of pay are paid if you choose to work night and weekend shifts and you will receive at least £12.33 per hour when completing sleeping night shifts).
We currently have opportunities for more than 80 people to join our team!
Whilst we can offer full time hours, applications are invited from people who are seeking to work either full or part time hours. All that we ask, is that you are able to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week (which could be made up of two long shifts, or three shorter shifts).
Superior Healthcare will provide a comprehensive induction when you join us and ongoing training opportunities throughout your employment. You will be offered the opportunity of a fully-funded NVQ/Diploma to support you on your way to becoming a Senior Carer.
