Job Title: General Labour

Location: Engineering workshop in Dyce, Aberdeen.

Salary: £11.50-£12.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Shift: Day Shift Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:30 with overtime available

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Labour to join our team at our engineering workshop in Dyce, Aberdeen. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of our clients business. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labour tasks, including but not limited to loading and unloading materials, moving materials to and from worksites, and cleaning work areas

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in daily activities

• Assist with the set-up and dismantling of equipment and materials

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general labour or a related field

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Forklift truck (FLT) licence is preferred
