We are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will business partner with the Royal Canin UK & Ireland Leadership team in a very high growth and agile environment to help shape our long and short-term financial performance goals and plans, developing targets and KPIs against which to track performance. You will facilitate a holistic view of the unit’s financial performance against its strategic goals through Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), bringing insights and driving course correction where needed through actions. You will consolidate and create clear management information to enable the leadership team to make appropriate operational and strategic decisions. You will be a key interface with the regional Finance team and regional S&OP Lead.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Responsible for supporting the CFO in the garnering alignment of the business unit's financial shape and targets with business stakeholders, ensuring success metrics are in place and monitored.
• Supports the Financial Shaping Process and target setting, liaising with different functions and the Leadership team. Ensures financial plans are fully aligned with the strategic direction and aspirations of the business. Running the processes to deliver/update the Long-Term ambition and the business unit's Annual Execution Plan.
• Creates actionable insights through financial analysis of total business performance to engage stakeholders and guide future business decisions. Centred around the S&OP+ process the role leads on the unit financialization of the demand, consolidation of the P&L and NCFO, plus facilitates both the IRR and MBR including critical conversations and deep dives. Supports scenario planning, clarity of assumptions, and shaping the Risks & Opps.
• Finance lead on Continuous Improvement in S&OP+, partnering with the unit S&OP Lead.
• Leads the unit reporting processes including period-end commentaries and analysis to the region and global Finance teams, providing insight across the unit P&L & NCFO.
• Business Partners with the Brand & Pet Owner Director and Pillar Sales Directors on A&P, including investment strategy, returns, forecasting, and performance delivery.
• Effectively co-ordinates resources across the market unit to deliver against financial objectives and create strong performance storytelling. Engages associates across a variety of functions to maximize contribution to the unit’s financial objectives.
