This is a field based role with a basic salary from £26k, uncapped commission in addition to a £6k Cash Car Allowance, Employee Equity Plan, Health Plan, Gym & Retail Discounts + 25 days holiday.

They currently have opportunities in the Market Rasen, Wragby, Conninsby, Newark, Grantham, Splisby, Mablethorpe, Skegness, Sleaford, Heckington, Swineshead, Lincoln, Horncastle and Metheringham areas.

This full fibre broadband company are bringing next-level full fibre broadband to towns and villages across the East of England and East Midlands. The Field Sales Executives will therefore be working door to door to harness this interest and pre-register potential customers.

Each Field Sales Executive will help drive customer adoption and door-to-door interaction, taking full advantage of our client’s unique selling points so consumers understand they have better broadband options than the status-quo.

Previous sales experience is not necessary, you may be starting out in your career, or this may be an opportunity to take your career in a new direction.

The key to success in this role is your interpersonal skills, ability to engage others and your willingness to learn what customers really want as these will play a key part in your day-to-day role generating leads and increasing brand awareness.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day!

· Meeting prospects face-to-face (door to door) to in your territory

· Working collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Team and the Engineering Team to raise brand awareness

· Utilising Salesforce CRM and other company software to track pipeline activities

· Daily travel across your territory to engage with consumers
