SHFT is seeking a new member of the team to oversee the admin, logistics and secretarial requirements of our high-end production projects and the company’s general operations. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, experience as a PA/secretary and a passion for production.

As a small team, the Executive Assistant role straddles two avenues of the business.
Operations - This part of the job will be the majority of your time and will involve secretarial work, overseeing timesheets, designing slide decks, personal assistance to the CEO and day-to-day admin. In the first month, there will be a strong focus on helping plan our company launch event and organising members of our overseas team projects.
Production - As a production secretary you will work closely with producers, managing their diaries and acting as a point of contact for people who need to speak to them. You will help the crew get set up to work, raising their contracts and reviewing call sheets.

The skills and qualifications required to fulfil the role of Executive Assistant are:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Minimum 3+ years experience with the Adobe suite - specifically InDesign.
Proficiency with the Google suite - GDrive, Google Sheets, Google Docs
Organisation and time management skills
Ability to quickly learn and process information
Passion for production and knowledge of the film & TV industry
