Job Description

The successful Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  • Diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Travel and hotel arrangements
  • Event management
  • Minute taking
  • Raising Purchase orders and company expenses
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Performing administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and database management

The Successful Applicant

The successful Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Advanced level PowerPoint skills
  • Flexible team player
  • Experience of coordinating on and off-site events and meetings
  • Experience of arranging travel for managers
  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude and a willingness to tackle significant challenges
  • Quickly analyses complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions Great attention to detail (especially when checking documents & diaries)
  • Ability to manage and prioritise several competing requests at a time
