Job Description

As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for closing qualified sales enquiries passed over to you by our inbound, outbound, and field sales teams.

You will be helping small to medium size businesses secure a better deal on a specific product area, such as their energy or water contracts, by presenting them with a wide range of options to meet their needs.

Receiving and closing real time qualified leads Establish customer needs and matching them with a product to meet those needs Search for and present the best deals available to your customer Acting as the customer's account executive or account manager.

Calling back customers at an agreed time to discuss their needs Creating relationships with our customers, giving them a world class service.

Convince customers to accept the deal offered if it meets their needs Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's. Cross selling into other service area such as telecoms, water and insurance Working with the team to create a great place to work

The Successful Applicant

  • As an experienced Sales Consultant, you have a track record of successfully closing B2B sales in a telesales or similar environment.
  • You are driven by achieving targets and enjoy building relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • You have excellent communication and listening skills, and you are skilled in handling objections and negotiating deals. You are punctual, dedicated, and motivated to learn and develop.
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can handle the pressure of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
