About Our Client

Our client is a Membership Organisation within the NFP and Charities Sector seeking a Digital Communications Lead in London.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities for the Digital Communications Lead:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to develop an organisational social media strategy and policies
  • Working with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to set and report on social media objectives and KPIs that align with the organisational strategy
  • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day effective running of: social media listening; monitoring and approvals and coordinating a schedule that involves the Marketing Team
  • Developing our paid social media presence, and becoming our internal expert on paid social strategy and setup
  • Leading on strategic and insights-driven content creation and distribution including graphics and videos, using the website as one of the primary publishing channels
  • Creating and editing pages and content within the CMS and advising colleagues on best practice.
  • Writing, editing and proof-reading material for online communications to an excellent standard, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding, design, accessibility and written style guidelines
  • Using Google Analytics and other systems to ensure digital activity is on track to meet KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate for the Digital Communications Lead will:

  • Have experience with organic social, as well as creating and organising content
  • Have an understanding of different channels and audiences
  • Be very confident, confident with presenting and presenting to different stakeholders
  • Be someone that can work independently, and be proactive
  • Have experience with Hootsuite, Adobe Package
