Job Description

We are seeking a Deputy Manager for our 50bed hotel in South Manchester.

  • Implementing business procedures
  • Assisting General Manager
  • Controlling cost or expenditure
  • Maintain quality standards
  • Training employees
  • Budgeting
  • Preparing reports
  • Attending meetings

Essential Requirements: Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ previous relevant experience working in a deputy or operations management capacity within a hotel, which must include having responsibility for both rooms and food & beverage.
  • Demonstrable financial experience, to include setting budgets and control of wage costs, in conjunction with staff rostering.

* Must be able to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,289.00 per year
