About Us

Are you looking to begin a new career? Do you have a passion for Customer Service? Are you eager to learn and willing to train? If so join Sitel to work with our client, Intuit, proud makers of QuickBooks, TurboTax, Mint, Credit Karma and Mailchimp. You will join the Customer Success team as a Customer Success Expert. We support small businesses, accountants, and self-employed individuals and we're looking to grow our team of talented individuals.

This role would suit anyone who is tech savvy and has strong experience within customer service. We are interested in hearing from anyone with retail, hospitality and other customer facing roles.

As a Customer Success Expert, you will be pivotal in delivering an awesome product and service experience for our customers using our online suite of products for our customers and the business.

Job Summary

Key Details!
  • Salary - £12.50 per hour (weekly pay!)
  • Weekly hours - 37.5 hours; Monday to Friday 8am-7pm
  • Permanent Contract
  • Training - 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
  • Start Date: 05.06.2023
