The Role

As a pivotal role in our call centre, you’ll help to find an individual solution for customers by understanding their individual needs, helping them find the right way forward.
  • A Customer Service Advisor is responsible for converting all accident assistance related enquiries into repair opportunities and subsequently deploying to the most suitable repairer and/or mobility provider in accordance with business and client requirements and SLAs.
  • Selling the features and benefits of accident assistance programmes to customers.
  • Ensuring all accident management claims are managed efficiently and effectively to completion.
  • Adherence to Customer Service Advisor best practice guidance.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Effective liaison with other departments in the business.
  • To assess problems and judge when to pass complex queries on to colleagues or managers.
  • To respond to email enquiries from multiple sources and mailboxes
  • Undertaking general claims tasks and administration as required.
The Candidate:
  • You MUST have a solid track record with one of your most recent roles – we are looking for people who want a career not just a job!
  • Your personality will portray the following attributes: excellent attitude and work ethic, charisma, and the ability to show genuine commitment to all aspects of work.
  • You must be tenacious, driven, and have the desire to work in a people centric environment.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is desirable but not essential
