Salary: £22,672.00p/a

Training will be in the office for a min of 3 weeks Mon-Fri 08:30am-5:00pm. Once fully trained, remote working may be considered, HOWEVER, access to Leicester Head Office is essential for training and ad-hoc meetings.

Duties:

• Taking inbound calls within a fast paced environment in a professional manner

• Data inputting customer information onto systems

• Allocating engineers within the UK

• Ability to meet KPIs/targets
  

Please note you must have experience working in a call centre.
