We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our established and experienced loss adjusting team here at RSA on a remote working basis.
We are currently recruiting in and around the East Midlands area.
Your Role
You will be undertaking claims assessments in the field and making associated recommendations, in line with customer propositions, product policies, risk strategy and appetite, and business strategy and performance targets.
You will spend the majority of your time assessing scene of loss/events, gathering relevant information, documenting findings and advising customers.
You will be field based working in various locations and dealing with customers on a one to one basis.
About You
You will have experience of undertaking assessments of allocated claims cases at the scene of the loss/event to gather relevant evidence/information.
Experience in critically assessing potential loss, recovery options and reserving requirements in line with established standards, procedures and guidance provided.
The ability to provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to technical colleagues to develop knowledge and understanding of customers, and customers’ businesses and associated commercial drivers and risks.
