Clinical Negligence Paralegal

We are currently recruiting for a talented Paralegal to join our Clinical Support team who support the award winning Clinical Negligence team in Manchester.

The role will entail supporting our fee earners in the setting up of new files and retaining of customers, ensuring a pro-active and high level of client care along with assisting other team members with document reviews & medical records review. Other duties would include vetting of new claims enquiries and liaising with potential customers in this regard. From time to time, supporting customers undertaking healthcare complaints. Supporting the onboarding team as necessary to ensure a smooth customer intake process.

We would also be looking for someone to collaborate with our fee earners in setting up funding/retainer packs for clients and undertaking risk assessments in new matters, whilst also providing support to our litigation nurse and midwife.
