Are you looking for an administrative based role in the centre of Norwich? Our friendly, fast-paced team are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Clinical Team Administrator to work in our Central Youth Team. The role will be offered on a permanent, part-time basis.

Our Child Family and Young Persons Service is based at 80 St Stephen’s Road, in the centre of Norwich and is on all the main public transport routes, with public car parks nearby too.

Our dedicated service supports young people between the ages of 14-25 and in this post, you’ll be providing admin support to the wider team in order for them to be able to provide an efficient service to our service users. Our service offers a welcoming and supportive environment and when you join us, you can expect comprehensive training to ensure you understand the different processes and systems we use.

The successful candidate will work closely with business support team members ensuring a smooth day to day running of our business support team. The successful candidate will be supported by the Business Support Manager and bring collaborative ways of working across the business support team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise and spin lots of plates at once, as well as demonstrable administrative experience.

You will be joining a fast-paced and changing environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust systems such as Lorenzo would be an advantage, however training would be given in respect to any training needs.

The responsibilities are wide-ranging and include high level line management and administrative skills. You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to confidently and sensitively deal with telephone calls from individuals who may sometimes be distressed or upset.

You should be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
