Starting salary: £23,120 per annum + benefits

Number of vacancies: 3 (2 x full time posts - 37 hours & 1 x part-time post - 23.5 hours)

As a Clerical Team Member, you’ll support the Business in registering customers applications for all Connections work, including the CIC & acceptance process, operation & maintenance of Registration Systems & capacity records, operation of Data transfer Network processes as well as assisting in the complaint process and in the preparation of management reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of an established team with steady hours, working Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 16:45pm to cover our phone lines and opening times.

What you’ll be doing

Day to day, you will be a customer’s first point of contact within the Connections process. You will be answering calls and emails and progress accordingly. You will ensure that all tasks are complete within the Guaranteed Standard timescales. We will look to you to deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and to actively promote customer service standards within your area of responsibility.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a candidate with previous customer service experience and computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office . You should be enthusiastic and a team player with the ability to work well as part of a multi-functional Team.
