You will also work closely with the Subway senior management team to increase employee engagement and work in partnership with the trade unions to achieve the required changes to capacity, capability and culture.
The Organisation Change Manager will interact with the Head of HR to ensure that organisational changes are implemented consistent with SPT’s policies and procedures and best practice.
You will lead the introduction of new methods to develop our staff and retain knowledge within the organisation. Delivering resource led plans during a period of substantial change will be a priority.
About you
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline or demonstrable relevant experience. Chartered membership of a professional body is desirable.
