An award-winning property company are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join their Performance & Insight Team. Please note that this role is largely home based, but you will be expected to travel to their Worcester and Luton offices on occasion, so need to be flexible to travel to either.

It's a really exciting time to join this organisation as they are in the early stages of their journey to become truly insight-driven, using data to improve their customer and employee experience. They are striving to use Power BI to it's fullest potential, and have recently built an Azure Data Warehouse!

The focus of this role will be working with stakeholders to understand their requirements, and develop visual reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards using Power BI, which will provide real insight to the business. You will engage proactively with key stakeholders to continuously improve processes and performance, and will strive to provide automated self-serve solutions.

This role would be well-suited to a Power BI enthusiast who is passionate about using data-driven insight to improve the customer experience, and who is keen to help this forwards-thinking organisation to shape their data set-up!

Requirements:

• Strong experience developing end-to-end dashboards in Power BI
• Skills in DAX, PowerQuery/M
• Knowledge of Azure Data Warehouse is preferred
• Any additional experience with Power Apps or Automate would be beneficial
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
