The Blood Sciences department of the Chesterfield Royal Hospital site within Derbyshire Pathology are looking for an Associate Practitioner to work flexibly across all Blood Sciences disciplines.
The role will also involve travel to community diagnostic sites to support with POCT therefore a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle will be required for this post.
Our modern laboratories run a busy 24/7 service and are well equipped with a Sysmex XN9000 line and CS5100 analysers in Haematology & Coagulation; Roche Cobas 8000 analysers and an 8100 pre analytics module in Biochemistry. Biorad IH1000's and Blood360 blood tracking system in blood transfusion.
During routine hours you will become part of the well-established AP team across Blood Sciences to assist with day-to-day duties in those areas dependent on service need.
