Talent Strategy & Partnership

• Build strong relationships with operations and engineering leadership to anticipate and meet upcoming hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
• Independently source, engage, and close top-tier candidates across manufacturing, engineering, and technical functions.
• Leverage creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and local networking to identify high-performing candidates in competitive industries.
• Assess technical aptitude through structured conversations and competency-based evaluations to ensure candidate understanding of manufacturing and assembly environments.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects innovative and people-centered culture.
Onsite Collaboration & Experience
• Be an active presence during key events and high-volume hiring cycles to ensure a seamless onsite experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Serve as a visible ambassador for the talent brand and help new employees feel welcome and connected.
Process Improvement & Influence
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to refine interview processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting operations and candidate experience.
• Use data and insights to drive proactive recruitment strategies and influence talent conversations at all levels.

• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Creative and resourceful sourcing mindset; comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical execution.
