🎯 Role Overview

As Survey Campaign Manager , youll be the operational backbone for client campaigns from onboarding through execution. Youll manage client survey campaigns end-to-end: coordinating audiences, overseeing survey builds, managing email/LinkedIn outreach, and ensuring flawless delivery.

Youll work directly with the founder, clients, and internal team to drive campaign success.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding , ensuring smooth setup and alignment on campaign goals.
• Manage multiple survey-driven campaigns simultaneously from audience targeting to survey delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure results meet client objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with clients providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Support process improvements to scale campaign delivery and quality.

Must-Haves

• B2B campaign management experience (preferably in SaaS or marketing services).
• Project management experience juggling multiple client campaigns at once.
• Lead Generation experience - using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Experience in digital marketing , ideally including cold outbound email and LinkedIn outreach .
• Proactive communicator who keeps projects moving and teams aligned.
