Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk.  This role is essential to our warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of incoming shipments. This position is onsite and contract-to-hire and pays $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of consoles, accessories, and parts for damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately document and label items, including serial numbers, into inventory systems.
• Match received items to purchase orders and update inventory records.
• Scan serial numbers using barcode scanners, PCs, or tablets.
• Complete transactions in MS Dynamics NAV for all Fixed Assets received.
• Properly record and store returned Fixed Assets in designated areas.
• Systematically move Fixed Assets with accurate tracking.
• Assist in identifying and segregating damaged items for repair or disposal.
• Coordinate with refurbishment team to deliver parts and products for processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area while following safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar warehouse or receiving role.
• Forklift operation and certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (e.g., MS Dynamics NAV, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with gaming consoles and accessories is a plus.
• Willingness to assist in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.
