Qualifications

• Board Certified : American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
• Licensure : Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Minnesota.
• Collaborative : Effective communication and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.
• Patient-Centered : Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Passionate : Dedicated to quality, service excellence, safety, process improvement, program development, and team building.
• Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication; experience with EPIC EMR is a plus.
• Innovative : Ability to foster a positive and productive environment promoting collegiality and innovation.
• Research-Oriented : Willingness to engage in cardiovascular research.

Position Description

• Role : General Interventional Cardiology
• Call Model : 1:6 Interventional Cardiology call rotation
• Compensation : Competitive salaried position with comprehensive benefits

Location

• Proximity : 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Service Area : Serving a regional population of 460,000
• Metro Population : 125,000

COMPENSATON

• $811,192. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
