Position Summary: The US Air Force Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO) requires the support of a Subject Matter Expert on Oracle. This position will provide on-site support to the MRO Program and solution at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. Provide knowledge and experience in design, configuration and fielding in DoD Oracle e- Business Systems software, modules and integrated solutions. Support implementation of E-Business Suite (EBS) for federal and DoD customers Collaborate with external partners, business stakeholders and segment IT teams to unsure the Oracle EBS solutions meets customer requirements and business processes. Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the customer’s requirements and conform to the technical architecture. Review Requirements Documents (RDs) related to Oracle capabilities. Follow requirements to maturity analyzing requirements to ensure accuracy and maturity of the solution per the design. Perform impact analysis for application changes and perform quality control of the solution delivery implemented by the MRO Systems Integrator (SI). Verify Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) configuration of the Oracle e-Business Suite. Identify gaps in the solution (Fit-Gap Analysis) and provide input for RICE-W. Support SCRUM teams in relation to the Oracle EBS and RICE-W. Identify and assess the tools and applications instances need to evaluate the Oracle EBS implementation based on customer requirements. Review and assess technical documentation produced by the SI. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience: 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is required. Experience in Federal and DoD EBS deployment. Experience with EBS R12.2 and above, preferably in Department of Defense environment Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing, Production Scheduling, Complex Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Work in Progress Experience in the full suite of Oracle Modules including cMRO, ASCP, PS, Financial, and other Oracle EBS modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related services. Strong analytical, consultative and communication skills gather and document business requirements. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, gather data and information, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
