Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our networking team on a temporary 12-week contract. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the network and security platforms we currently utilize. This role will provide support, configuration, and troubleshooting across our environment while working closely with our internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the networking team with day-to-day operations and project-based work.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching environments.
• Provide support for Palo Alto firewalls , including configuration, policy updates, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure network stability and security.
• Document configurations, changes, and procedures as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Cisco routing and switching .
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall administration and support .
• Understanding of network security best practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE) are a plus.
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
