Job Description
ICC is seeking a highly motivated career-oriented National Business Development Manager. This role will primarily focus on identifying and securing new contractors, building long-lasting relationships that continue to add revenue growth year after year.. Account managers oversee all aspects of the account and act as a single point of contact for their client partners.
National Account managers are fully supported by our experienced operations and recruiting teams, who are committed to providing our Field Employees safe work environments at competitive wages, with companies that value their quality of work!
Some travel is required in this position, an average of 7-10 days a month to meet with prospective contractors and visit existing clients. There are two annual Trade Shows a year that are mandatory to attend.
We are offering a base salary and a very competitive commission structure. Average National Account Managers Range between $180.000.00 to $250,000.00 with commission.
