divh2Essential Functions/h2pIdentify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors in attorney invoices./ppDetect formatting and compositional errors./ppFollow attorney/client specific instructions regarding edits and corrections to invoices./ppUtilize automated review process if applicable./ppMaintain a daily working knowledge and mastery of attorney/client guidelines as they pertain to NEP./ppResearch and resolve inquiries and problems./ppAct as a backup to team members and be proactive in assisting others to ensure deadlines are met./ppPerform other responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned./ph2Qualifications/h2pSpecific Technical Skills:/ppIntermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word and Excel./ppStrong writing and grammatical skills required./ppPerformance Traits:/ppMeticulous attention to detail, quality and accuracy in execution of tasks./ppProven customer service skills are required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships./ppDemonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment to the job./ppStrong organizational and prioritization skills; driven to meet deadlines./ppAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team./ppEducation/Training/Certifications:/ppAssociate degree, preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered when the degree is directly related to the functions of the job./ppMinimum Years of Experience Required:/ppMinimum (1) year experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment./ppPay: $18.60/hour/p/div
