Overview Join to apply for the Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent role at Commercial Jet Our firm is currently seeking a junior commercial real estate agent for the Orlando, Tampa and Miami areas to join our Landlord Representation team. Candidates will have knowledge of leasing and selling commercial property by the following: Responsibilities Develop property concepts by researching and analyzing current use and demographics; identifying and approaching prospective tenants by door-to-door canvassing, cold calling and networking Distribute marketing materials and participate in weekly networking/meetings such as breakfast, lunch, coffee, and happy hours with business owners in the markets of focus Prepare properties for showings and conduct property showings Advertise vacancies, negotiate terms of contract, and prepare market studies and analysis Complete leases and sales Qualifications Knowledge of leasing and selling commercial property Ability to study real estate leasing/sales trends and economic conditions Maintain personal networks and participate in professional and community organizations Engage in educational opportunities and industry conferences Willingness to be mentored and to participate in training Employment details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Management Commission Based Only.
