Location: Based in Colorado with regular travel to Douglas, Wyoming shop

About the Position:

We are hiring a dependable and adaptable General Shop Laborer to support our insulation blanket production team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone who is motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently. The role requires regular travel between our Colorado and Wyoming shops, and we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of custom insulation blankets for oil and gas sites
• Support daily shop operations, including cleaning, organizing, and material handling
• Drive and haul supplies or equipment between locations as needed
• Pitch in wherever needed — this is a flexible, task-driven position
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following company procedures and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel between shop locations as needed
• Must be insurable under company vehicle insurance
• Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and stay on task
• Team-oriented but able to work independently without constant oversight
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean MVR
• No prior experience necessary — we provide training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
