About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing holistic support to Christian global workers and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, fundraising, financial management, team leadership, and engagement with the missions community. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's counseling model, the ability to integrate a faith-based perspective, and a passion for serving the needs of global workers.
