Delta Workforce is seeking reliable and physically capable individuals for seasonal, part-time dock removal work in Glen Arbor, MI, on behalf of our client. This role involves hands-on labor in outdoor conditions, primarily on Big Glen and Little Glen Lakes, with a focus on delivering quality service during the dock season.

Job Details

• Position : Dock Worker (Seasonal, Part-Time)
• Location : 4323 W. Burdickville, Glen Lake, MI
• Start Date : September 8, 2025
• Duration : September through December 2025
• Work Schedule : 3-5 days per week, typically Monday through Friday
• Hours : 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (may start at 9:00 AM in colder weather for comfort)
• Wage : $20/hourr

Responsibilities

• Assist in the removal of docks at Big Glen and Little Glen Lakes
• Carry and maneuver heavy equipment, including hoists, up to 100 pounds, sometimes over distances of up to 100 yards
• Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions (work may be called off due to rain or high winds)
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
• Potential for additional work with the client's property management company, depending on availability and performance
