Duties of this position include: Develop and grow relationships with key customer contacts within assigned accounts. Proactive planning, research and activity tracking of assigned sales targets. Maintain high volume of contact‑related activity via phone, e‑mail, social media, and social functions, etc. for assigned target accounts. Consistently meet and exceed established expected business results (EBR’s) of sales activity. Coordinate with Recruiting team regarding order details, candidate qualifications and submittals. Enter order details in Salesforce and track / update progress and notes. Point person to manage input and tracking of customer’s CRM and order tracking systems where applicable. Coordinate interviews for candidates with customers. Attend interviews where appropriate. Help in sales / interview process by prepping candidate, influencing customer, positioning, etc. Act as key point of contact for engagement‑specific topics for Theoris employees assigned to your targeted accounts. Perform regular touches with customers and employees at assigned accounts. Track performance metrics for assigned accounts. Be responsible and accountable for performance and successful growth of each assigned customer account. Work closely with Recruiting on a daily basis to drive requirements, status updates, answer questions, qualifications, and push priorities. Be an active member of the daily sales order qualification process. Required Skills: Previous experience in a sales role in a staffing/IT consulting related industry. IT technical experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated relentless spirit in proactive hunting activities to grow business. Proven ability to build strong relationships. Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational skills. Driven to succeed, does not need to be pushed to do the job, and is proactive. Self‑motivated; ability to take ownership from minimal direction. Exceptional phone skills. Must be persuasive and have the ability to influence others. Must demonstrate passion for job and company goals. Demonstrate good judgment and proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive topics.
