  • Act as a financial integrator, ensuring seamless collaboration between FP&A, accounting, actuarial, and other key finance functions.

What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a senior finance role at a high-growth company or comparable organization.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering results.

  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with a deep understanding of financial planning processes.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, capable of leading through ambiguity.

  • Strong accounting skills and familiarity with US GAAP accounting and the audit process.
