Experienced Property Manager - Contract-to-Hire

Location: Minneapolis & Minnetonka, MN


Pay: $24/hr


Schedule: Monday-Friday (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for two apartment communities
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 and other housing programs
• Supervise onsite staff and coordinate maintenance needs
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience required
• Section 8 knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel between two sites
